Do I really not have to talk to anyone?
Correct. Pay on this page and a short questionnaire lands in your inbox within minutes. Answer it whenever you like. If you would rather talk it through first, the number is at the bottom of this page and we are happy to.
Is the $99 refundable?
It covers the first pass at your site, so it is not returned. It is credited in full against your project the moment you go ahead, which means for most people it costs nothing in the end.
What if I do not like what you build?
Ask for changes, as many rounds as it takes, all before there is a balance to pay. If you still want to walk away you can, and you are never billed a dollar past the deposit.
How much is the whole site?
Quoted per project once we have your questionnaire, in writing, before any more money moves. The $99 comes off that number, and you can still say no after you have seen the site.
Who owns it once I pay?
You do. Your domain, your accounts, your content, your logins. We can keep hosting and maintaining it or hand you the keys and step back.
